Miss Ivy skirt pattern / Pattern PDF

The PDF now has layers by size (see the Layer Guide).

MISS IVY, or the dream skirt for little (and big) girls, with an elasticated waistband for comfort and a set of ruffles that offer a light, dancing look.

Sewing level: intermediate. The technical points are the making of the gathers, the assembly of the belt and the elastic.

THE SEAM ALLOWANCES ARE INCLUDED (1 CM).

The pattern grades from 4 to 14 years old (measurement chart on the pdf of the pattern and the brochure). Before you start, take the elastic template and test your child's waist size, then you can cut your Miss Ivy accordingly.

- 2m50 of fabric for sizes 4-6
- 2m75 of fabric for sizes 8-10
- 3m10 of fabric for sizes 12-14
- An elastic for the waist: to put in the fabric belt take an elastic of 1.5 cm wide (length according to the template size on the board) and if you want a nice decorative elastic that shows, choose an elastic of 35 mm wide
- A safety pin to put in your elastic in the belt

Choice of fabric: A very nice crepe, a beautiful cotton, a viscose, an embroidery anglaise not too openwork or even silk for the most daring... Let your inspiration speak!
