Sewing tutorial: the blouse Tilda

A nice sewing pattern, a blouse with elaborate details and yet quick to sew, and which can be worn in any season thanks to its sleeve variations, is pretty cool. But when it's also a free pattern... No excuse not to sew Tilda !

This video will cover all the steps of sewing, including transferring and making the pleats, fitting the neckline, sewing a gathered sleeve and fitting the sleeve bands.

And if you are using a sheer fabric and you are afraid that the bias will be unsightly, don't worry! I explain how to finish your neckline with a bias :)

The pattern Tilda is a PDF pattern offered by Maison Fauve, available in sizes 34 to 52, the sewing margins are included in your pattern and it is proposed in A4, A0 and US letter size... All you have to do is start sewing, and enjoy!

Hello,
I just finished my blouse Tilda. I followed the tuto which is really clear, easy to follow, perfect whether you are a beginner like me or more.
Thank you again, it allowed me to reconnect with the idea of making my own clothes.

Hello, and thank you for this very clear video... I plan to try the blouse Tilda in Liberty but I'm afraid that the clean necklines are visible (but I would still prefer this solution, I find it easier and better finished .... I will do tests!)
On the other hand, I have a question, on the pattern pieces, it is noted to cut the wrist pieces also by ironing but you do not iron the bands.... Did I misunderstand the pattern?
Thank you for your answer, and thank you for your great patterns!
