How to sew the Tribeca blouse?
At Maison Fauve, we like to make you happy ! And it's with a brand new free sewing pattern that we suggest you start the year ;)
The Tribeca blouse is distinguished by its set of bands and yokes that allows all the sewing madness. In this video we will cover each step of the assembly, including the technical points of assembling the inlaid bands, placing the bias neckline, and finishing with a buttoned cuff with a ripstop slit. The sewing level of this garment is intermediate, but it will mostly vary depending on your choice of fabric. A nice cotton or viscose poplin will be easier to sew than a silk or crepe, so adapt your fabric choices to your sewing level. For ease of use, we indicate in the brochure the simple cuff finish. If you are not an experienced seamstress, don't hesitate to practice on scraps of fabric for the installation of the bands whose curves are in the opposite direction of the pieces with which they are assembled (don't panic, we explain this in the video, and there are notches on your pieces).
The pattern is offered, it is in PDF format A4, A0, A3, US letter and even video projectable, the video tutorial in free access, so no more excuse not to launch you hihihi!
Happy sewing!

Hello Nicole,
The seam allowances are included in the pattern, you can also find out how much they are depending on your pattern. Have a nice day
Hello, is the seam allowance already included in the pattern or does it have to be added? Thank you for your help.
Have a nice evening
Nicole
Hello Arlette
The bands of the pattern can be cut in a lace fabric or in a classic fabric. However, I would not recommend a lace "ribbon" that will not fit well in the bust curve (that's why the band piece has a specific pattern and is not a simple applied "band"). Beautiful day
Hello.
I would like to know how to sew a lace strip instead of the fabric strip you suggest.
Thank you
Thank you for this beautiful model
I have just finished my tribeca. First time for me to make something with so much technique and I enjoyed it. With my small collection of 18 sewing pattern maison fauve , I'm going to have a lot of fun now.
I just watched this tuto, beautiful as always.
Thank you also for this beautiful pattern.
I can't wait to sew it.
Thank you for this free pattern with multiple possible versions. The hardest part will be to choose

Thank you again, I love what you are doing. Sincerely Ludivine Foussier

Thank you so much for this tuto. 👌😍
would it be possible to receive the instructions for using the pattern with the placement of the paper pattern on the fabric in order to see which piece goes with which pattern ..... I admit that I am a little lost and do not know which fabric I should use for which piece .....
thank you for your help
Sincerely
