The coat Ray the video tutorial

Hello!!

Here it is at last, the video step by step of the coat RAY. I know I've made you languish, but now you are welcome in the wonderful world of the flap piped pocket, the lining with the shiny detail, and the perfect collar tips ;)

For this version, I chose a pretty little check wool from Pretty Mercerie (ok my fittings are not perfect...) and a viscose lining with a cashmere flower print that matches the oriental and Slavic theme of the new collection. 

I wear my coat with my jeans HUSSARD, a pair of moccasins, my beautiful MAIA tencel diamond Meet Milk blouse (piping reminder with the inside of the coat...the game of the pretty hand-stitched finishes!)

My earringsand my jewelry belt come from Sézane (I take revenge on the accessories at their hihihi home).

You will notice that the blouse tucked into the jeans results in an interesting face-to-face between the folds of the trouser pocket and the folds of the bust of the blouse. This was not premeditated, and this is the kind of surprise that makes me happy!

I hope that the tutorial will bring you all the necessary information, we took the time to focus on the most technical elements, but also to describe techniques that will serve you for all your sewing! And you will see that Ray is not so difficult, you should not hesitate to train on falls especially for the pocket but the result is worth it!

The pattern is available in pocket size and grade from 34 to 56 with armholes and frames well designed for large sizes.
